It utilizes the relative motion between the rotating friction plate (or rotor) and the fixed cylinder to generate strong friction force, combined with continuous water flushing, achieving deep cleaning of plastic particles, flakes, or film fragments. The cleaned materials are separated from wastewater and impurities via a built-in screening or dehydration structure, ensuring the purity and quality of recycled plastics for subsequent processing (e.g., granulation, molding).
